Chub is in trouble. His popular jock nemesis, the Arch, is running for student president. If Arch is elected, there is no way that Chub can continue to make Arch's life miserable with decaying fish in his locker, exploding toilets, and running Arch's dirty underwear up the flagpole. With a cadre of other misfits, Chub schemes and orchestrates embarrassing plots to make the Arch lose the election. In the process, Chub learns that there are more serious and potentially dangerous things happening in his middle school.
