Three friends want nothing more than to open up their own garage. Lupe Impala, El Chavo Flapjack, and Elirio Malaria decide to build a car to enter the Universal Car Competition and win the prize money they need to buy their own garage. When they use some interesting parts from a junkyard, their low rider really becomes out of this world in this graphic novel.
